Our apartments are partner of the Bad Kleinkirchheim Bergbahnen, the company which manages the lifts and slopes and the Römerbad Thermal Baths. We can offer you in some winter weeks special skicards with wonderful advantages, such as discounts for parents with children (“Familienfreundlich sparen”), or skicards including free entry tickets to the thermal baths. KÄRNTEN CARD
We are authorized selling office for the Kärnten Card, a special guest card which gives
free access to all the main attractions of the Carinthia Region.

All apartments are no-smoking homes, smoking is only allowed outside
Check-in from 4 pm to 7 pm (for later arrivals we can arrange a self check-in with keys in a safe at our office in the city center
Check-out from 7 am to 9 am
A deposit of 200 € cash is handed over upon arrival and paid back on departure day after a quick check of the apartment if everything is ok
Pets are allowed, with a surcharge for the extra cleaning. They must not be left alone in the apartments and are not allowed on the sofas and on the beds due to sanitary reasons. Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pets.
Free arrival and departure days, there is only a minimum stay according to the high or low season
You may book without paying anything, and cancel the booking free of charge if you change your mind, until 2 weeks before arrival. Two weeks before arrival is the deadline for the 100% non-refundable payment via credit card or bank transfer.
